Cherriots began efforts to update its Strategic Plan in early January 2022. Throughout the process, Cherriots engaged with external stakeholders, community members, customers, and Cherriots team members to develop a plan that was comprehensive, detailed, and focused on the vision to deliver valued mobility options that inspire community pride.
